Privacy notice
This is a static site. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or advertising, and builds no profiles. The only data processed is what arises technically when you visit the page, and what you give us yourself for a booking.

Data controller
The controller under the GDPR is the provider named in the legal notice. Questions about how your data is handled can be sent to the email address given there.
Visiting this site
Your browser sends technically necessary data to our web server, which records it in server logs: IP address, time, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, your browser and operating system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). On how long these logs are kept, see below.
Booking and outbound links
No booking and no payment happens on this site. There is no booking form, and no payment details are collected. Booking is handled on FeWo-direkt or Vrbo, both operated by Expedia Group. Only when you follow one of those links do you leave this site, and from that point their privacy policy applies, which is outside our control.
Contacting us by email
If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Our mailboxes are hosted by Simply.com.
The map link
There is no map embedded on this site, only a link to Google Maps. No data is sent to Google unless you click that link. This is deliberate.
Processors
The following providers process data on our behalf:
- Simply.com A/S — simply.com
How long data is kept
Emails are kept for as long as the correspondence and any stay arising from it require. Records that form part of the accounts fall under Swedish bookkeeping law and are kept for seven years after the end of the calendar year in which the financial year ended. The server logs sit with our host and are handled under their own privacy policy, linked below; it does not state a period.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to ask that processing be restricted, to receive your data in portable form, and to object to processing. An email to the address in the legal notice is enough.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority. As we are established in Sweden that is the Swedish data protection authority; if you are a guest in Germany you may also approach the authority for your federal state. Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY)
